Adil Hussain to headline Asian Project Market’s Riding On The Moon : Bollywood News

Indian actor Adil Hussain will likely be headlining the movie Using on the Moon Boat, one of many tasks being launched on the Busan Worldwide Movies Competition’s Asian Mission Market. The mission will likely be directed by Triparna Banerjee. It is going to be her first function directorial.

The movie is about in rural India and follows an adolescent lady who struggles to outlive by means of drought, hardship, and discrimination as her father is shunned by the vast majority of the village for participating in a blasphemous act. The movie is an adaptation of Sarat Chandra Chattopadhyay’s basic story Mahesh (Drought).

Speaking to Selection, Banerjee mentioned, “Thematically what I’m exploring is discrimination and human identification. We’re all similar as people however we continuously isolate one another on the idea of race, colour, gender, faith, nationality and so forth”.

Using on The Moon Boat is produced by Banerjee and Chandrabhushan’s White Owl Movies alongside Kyoko Dan who works as a distributor, promotor, and curator for Asian Cinema, specializing in South and West Asian cinema.
