35 Years After Nayakan, Kamal Haasan, Mani Ratnam Come Together Again – FilmyVoice
Thirty-five years after they collaborated for the blockbuster gangster drama ‘Nayakan’, Tamil cinema’s ‘Ulaganayagan’ Kamal Haasan, who’s has been reaching 4 million houses as host of the truth present, ‘Bigg Boss Tamil’, and filmmaker Mani Ratnam are all set to return collectively for a movie tentatively titled ‘KH234’.
The movie is to be produced by Kamal Haasan, Mani Ratnam, R Mahendran and Siva Ananth beneath their respective banners, Raaj Kamal Movies Worldwide and Madras Talkies.
By the way, in September, Kamal Haasan appeared along with fellow Mani Ratnam alumnus, Rajinikanth, on the grand Chennai launch of the filmmaker’s magnum opus, ‘Ponniyin Selvan-1’.
Udhayanidhi Stalin’s Pink Big Motion pictures will current the movie, whose particulars have been saved beneath wraps. It’s scheduled to be launched in 2024.
In an announcement launched on Sunday night, Kamal Haasan stated that he seemed ahead to engaged on the movie. “I used to be equally excited 35 years in the past, after I was about to begin work with Mr Mani Ratnam. Collaborating with an identical mindset is stimulating. This stimulation contains Mr (A.R.) Rahman as properly. Eagerly trying ahead to presenting this enterprise with Mr Udhayanidhi Stalin.”
Commenting on the collaboration, Mani Ratnam, who’s basking within the stupendous success of ‘PS-1’, stated, “Joyful, honoured and excited to collaborate with Kamal Sir once more.”
