Amazon asks US FTC to recuse Chairwoman Lina Khan, Retail News, ET Retail
“Amazon.com, Inc. respectfully petitions the fee for recusal of Chair Lina Khan from any antitrust investigation, adjudication, litigation, or different continuing through which Amazon is a topic, goal or defendant for which Chair Khan’s prior public statements create the looks of her having prejudged details and/or authorized points related to the continuing,” the corporate stated in its submitting.
The company is investigating Amazon as a part of a sequence of probes underway into Huge Tech. It is usually probing Amazon’s deliberate buy of the US film studio MGM.
