Kushi movie review: This Vijay Deverakonda and Samantha Ruth Prabhu starrer is a love story with a twist – IndiaTimes
After Tuck Jagadish, director Shiva Nirvana is again with Kushi, starring Vijay Deverakonda and Samantha Ruth Prabhu within the lead roles.
Viplav (Vijay Deverakonda) is a BSNL worker who will get himself posted to Kashmir as a result of he desires to reside the Mani Ratnam fantasy. He desires snow-capped mountains, AR Rahman music, heady romance, et al. What he is welcomed with as a substitute is an efficient ol’ dose of actuality. Within the midst of all of the chaos, he falls for Aradhya (Samantha Ruth Prabhu), who pretends to be a begum from Pakistan. A cross-country love story would’ve been simpler for these two than the fact of who their households are.
In true-blue Tollywood type, he begins stalking her, no matter how uncomfortable she feels. However, after all, she falls for him too. The primary half of the movie is nothing out of the peculiar, nevertheless it’s generally cute and fascinating nonetheless when the movie will get into the thick of issues. Hesham Abdul Wahab‘s music gels fantastically with the movie. On the finish of the primary half, it is hinted that ultimately, Viplav will get his Mani Ratnam fantasy, simply not in the way in which he imagined. It stays to be seen how the second half will fare.
