Mumbai Court asks police to file FIR against Kangana Ranaut in copyright case : Bollywood News
The Bandra Metropolitan Courtroom on Friday ordered town police to register an FIR in opposition to actor Kangana Ranaut after the writer of Didda: The warrior Queen of Kashmir accused her of copyright violation.
Ashish Kaul, the writer of Didda: The Warrior Queen of Kashmir has accused Ranaut of copyright infringement. The e-book has been translated into Hindi as Kashmir Ki Yoddha Rani Didda. Kaul reportedly stated that he has the unique copyrights to the life story of Didda who was the Princess of Lohar(Poonch), now in Jammu and Kashmir, and the Queen of Kashmir.
As per the grievance by Kaul, he had despatched an e-mail concerning the storyline of his e-book Kangana and he or she used some a part of the story in a tweet whereas saying her film with out his permission. “Is it plausible by any stretch of creativeness {that a} story and a e-book are being usurped by a famend actor- turned-social activist?” he stated.
