Art Director Nitin Desai dies by suicide at ND Studio in Karjat – Bollywood Hungama
Artwork Director Nitin Desai, who had labored on movies like Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, Devdas, Jodha Akbar, and Lagaan, has handed away at age 57. The artwork director reportedly died by suicide at ND Studio in Karjat on Wednesday morning, at 4:30 am on August 2. As per early updates, he hung himself to loss of life on the studio and police have arrived for additional investigation. Nitin would have turned 58 on August 9.

As reported by India Immediately, BJP Native MLA from Karjat, Mahesh Baldi, confirmed the loss of life of Nitin Desai. Baldi stated, “Nitin Desai’s ND studio is available in my constituency, the monetary disaster was happening for a lot of days and resulting from that, he dedicated suicide in ND studio this morning.”
Nitin Desai had received 4 Nationwide Awards for Greatest Artwork Route. He had labored with a number of filmmakers together with Rajkummar Hirani, Ashutosh Gowariker, Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Vidhu Vinod Chopra amongst others. It was in 2005 when he opened the ND Studio in Karjat which ultimately grew to become a hub for shoot places.
The final movie that Nitin Desai labored on because the artwork director was the 2019 interval drama Panipat, directed by Ashutosh Gowariker.
