Ayushmann Khurrana told this about his new film ‘Doctor ji’: Actor Ayushmann Khurrana has added another name to his list of upcoming films. The film, titled Doctorji, will be directed by Anubhuti Kashyap. It is a campus comedy drama film in which Ayushmann will play the role of a doctor.
Ayushmann further said that the script of ‘Doctor ji’ is very good, I immediately liked it because it is super fresh. This is a very unique and a different script that will make you laugh and also surprise you. I am excited to wear a doctor’s coat for the first time in my career and in the process I will try to give a message and hope that it reaches your hearts directly.

The film will be produced by Junglee Pictures, who has also produced Bareilly Ki Barfi (2017) and Badhaai Ho (2018) along with Ayushmann. The film will be directed by Anubhuti Kashyap. He has directed the dark comedy regret for Amazon Prime and the short film, Moi Marjani. The film is written by Sumit Saxena, Vishal Wagh and Saurabh Bharat. Sumit has written stories of love’s panchnama and Karan Johar’s lust before.
