The theatrical trailer of Malayalam film ‘Thankam’ was launched on Tuesday by acclaimed actor Fahadh Faasil, who can be producer of the movie. Faasil, who was just lately seen in ‘Pushpa: The Rise’ and ‘Vikram’, launched the trailer on his Fb web page, wishing the group success.

‘Thankan’ is directed by Saheed Arafath with a star solid that includes Biju Menon, Vineeth Sreenivasan, Aparna Balamurali, Gireesh Kulkarni, and plenty of Marathi, Hindi and Tamil actors.
Bhavana Studios, the makers of ‘Kumbalangi Nights’ and ‘JOJI’, partnered by Fahadh Faasil, Dileesh Pothan and Syam Pushkaran, is all set to launch the upcoming crime drama worldwide on January 26.
‘Thankam’ has been penned by national-award profitable Syam Pushkaran, who had earlier scripted the much-acclaimed ‘Maheshinte Prathikaram’, ‘Kumbalangi Nights’ and ‘JOJI’.
The film marks the debut of Gireesh Kulkarni (‘Dangal’, ‘Ugly’) in a south Indian film. The trailer reveals Gireesh enjoying a Maharashtra police officer, who alongside together with his group is investigating a case involving a Malayali in Tamil Nadu. The key a part of the film has been shot extensively in Tamil Nadu and Mumbai.
Gautham Shankar handles the cinematography of the movie. The music is by Bijibal, modifying by Kiran Das, and artwork path by Gokul Das.
