Malayalam Film ‘Chavittu’ Selected For Rotterdam Film Fest – FilmyVoice
The Malayalam movie ‘Chavittu’, directed by the Rahman Brothers, Shinos and Sajas, has formally been chosen for the Worldwide Movie Competition Rotterdam 2022, which opened on Wednesday.
Making the announcement on Instagram whereas releasing the movie’s first look on Thursday, actor Siju Wilson mentioned: “Extraordinarily glad and pleased to current the official first look of ‘Chavittu’, which has been formally chosen for the Worldwide Movie Competition Rotterdam 2022.”
Wilson mentioned ‘Chavittu’, produced by Sharafu, is the third film from the Rahman Brothers after ‘Kalippattakkaran’ and ‘Vasanthi’. It options performances by “sensible artistes from the Little Earth College of Theatre,” he added. The theatre faculty relies out of Malappuram in Kerala.
“Am honoured to [have] a small half in ‘Chavittu’ by supporting the manufacturing with my pricey pal Nevin Cherian,” the actor added, congratulating the workforce.
