Demise/Suicide

In his twenties, he was detected with a critical psychological dysfunction named schizophrenia. After affected by the dysfunction for a number of years, he dedicated suicide in 1997. In an interview, his father Kabir Bedi mentioned,

Siddharth was a really sensible younger man… He was distinctive in his skills, after which out of the blue, in the future, he couldn’t suppose. We tried so exhausting to first work out what was mistaken, and for 3 years, we battled these unknown ghosts, and ultimately he had this extraordinarily violent breakout within the streets of Montreal, and it took eight policemen to nail him down. After which, the docs in Montreal lastly recognized him as schizophrenic.”

In a weblog, Pooja Bedi shared her reminiscences together with her brother. She mentioned,

I miss my brother Siddharth deeply. We have been inseparable as youngsters. Similar college, similar associates, similar room. We travelled collectively, fought, laughed and beloved one another madly. His being recognized with schizophrenia and his suicide in 1997 left my life modified ceaselessly. He was a, delicate, caring, mild and witty individual.. The void of his dying and subsequently my mom’s dying in 1998 is one thing I can by no means fill.”
