At a press meet organised by the staff of ‘Chithirai Sevvaanam’, which marks the debut of ‘Stunt’ Silva as a director, Subraminam Siva disclosed that Silva had come to Chennai in 1991 with simply Rs 100 in his pocket.
“That too, that Rs 100 was not his. It was borrowed from a pal known as Christopher. Of the Rs 100, he needed to spend Rs 85 on his ticket. So, when he arrived in Chennai, all that he had left was Rs 15. It makes me really feel proud that somebody who landed right here with simply Rs 15 has been in a position to accomplish such a giant feat,” Siva stated and added that Silva’s story would encourage and provides hope to all these coming to town with massive desires.
“Silva misplaced each his dad and mom at a younger age. He studied in a hostel, accomplished his tenth normal after which accomplished ITI. After that, he didn’t know what to do and got here to Chennai, hoping that an individual who stayed on the hostel with him would assist him.
