Actress Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, who has relocated to Hyderabad, has congratulated her dad Sarathkumar, who performs the position of Periya Pazhuvettaraiyar in director Mani Ratnam’s simply launched magnum opus ‘Ponniyin Selvan 1’, saying that he was “simply uber cool” within the movie.
Taking to Twitter, Varalaxmi wrote: “What a movie… Kudos to all the star solid! Merely excellent. Daddy Sarath Kumar, you had been simply uber cool. Refined but robust!”
The actress additionally praised the performances of Trisha and Jayam Ravi who play the roles of Kundavai and Arun Mozhi Varman respectively within the movie.
She mentioned: “Trisha and Jayam Ravi — so happy with you each. You performed your roles with a lot magnificence and power. Maniratnam sir has made us all so proud.”
