Vinod Mehra’s wife Kiran Mehra says Rekha remained in his life till the end, calls her ‘wonderful person’
Vinod Mehra’s spouse Kiran Mehra affirmed her affection for Rekha and stated that she was a ‘great individual’, who had remained ‘trustworthy to her husband’ until the very finish. Vinod Mehra and Rekha had developed a detailed bond through the 70‘s, and it was broadly believed that the 2 had even acquired married, one thing that Rekha later denied to Simi Garewal in 2004.
Talking to ET Instances, Kiran Mehra opened up about all of the hypothesis surrounding Vinod Mehra and Rekha. She stated that Rekha had remained in his life to the top, and that she was ‘loving and forgiving’. Including that Rekha even attended their marriage, she stated she is going to give her a hug in the event that they meet in the present day. Mentioning that she didn’t intend to match herself with somebody of that stature, she stated that she and Rekha have been very related.
Yasser Usman, who penned the unofficial biography for Rekha, had written in his guide that when Mehra introduced Rekha dwelling, his mom was ‘livid’ as she didn’t need Rekha as her daughter-in-law. “Such was her hostility to Rekha that she reportedly pushed the actress away when the latter tried to the touch her toes,” he wrote.
Mehra’s marriage was then organized with Meena Broca, and later the wedding ended as he discovered love in Bindiya Goswami. Nonetheless, that relationship soured and in 1988, Mehra married Kiran Mehra. Their marriage lasted for 2 years, until he died of a coronary heart assault in October 1990. He has two kids, Soniya and Rohan Mehra, each of whom are actors. Soniya made her debut within the 2007 movie Victoria No 203, whereas Rohan made his debut in Nikhil Advani’s movie, Bazaar.
