Vir Das says pandemic took away ‘every single Bollywood star’s facade’, convinced common people that they are heroes of their own story

Actor-comedian Vir Das tried to elucidate what induced the viewers to fall out of favour with Bollywood in the previous few years. Das speculated that social media is on the root of this alteration in notion, as frequent folks realised that they might be the celebrities of their very own story, and celebrities struggled to seem relatable through the pandemic.

The comic highlighted that with the introduction of Instagram Reels and different social media instruments, everybody changed into a ‘hero’.
